I’ve had the privilege of working on the Lilac Festival since 2014, contributing for over 10 years to the design of its marketing materials. Throughout the years, I’ve created a comprehensive suite of promotional assets that reflect the festival’s vibrant, community-driven spirit. From custom illustrations to posters, signage, maps, flyers, and digital ads, my role was to develop a cohesive visual identity that captured the essence of this annual celebration.
The design process included hand-drawn illustrations that added personality and warmth to the materials, giving the festival a unique, lively feel. I ensured all elements—print and digital—worked seamlessly together to engage attendees and build excitement leading up to the event. Additionally, the signage and maps were thoughtfully designed to guide festival-goers and enhance their experience.
